Joe Desmond Forms Distributorship

Joe Desmond, formerly of Furman Sound, has formed a company that will import and distribute pro audio, home theater, sound contracting and AV integration products. Lines distributed include Apex, Equi=Tech, Powercom USA and Pragmatic Communications Systems.
The company will be called Joe Desmond and Associates. Since 1986, Desmond was VP of sales and marketing with Furman Sound.
The new company will also be a regional factory rep for those suppliers plus Aphex Systems, Drawmer, ETA Systems, Eventide, Groove Tubes and Inter-M America.
