Jones Is New GM of Hispanic Mobile Marketing Network

HipCricket expects big things from that market sector.

HipCricket named David Jones to be the GM of its new Hispanic Mobile Marketing Network.

The network consists Hispanic media properties; it lets advertisers make a single buy for targeted, interactive mobile campaigns to Hispanic consumers inmarkets like Miami, New York and L.A.

The company said its business agreements include one with Spanish Broadcasting System.

Jones is former co-founder and CEO at CDK Media, a multi-media company serving the U.S. Hispanic community; he was U.S. director of sales for the web hosting company Navisite.
