Junior on the Dial

Dale Earnhardt Jr starts a radio show

Though he’s not the winningest driver, Dale Earnhardt, Jr is the most popular NASCAR driver. And “Junior” is going to take advantage of that in yet another way by starting “Dirty Mo Radio.”

According to a release, Dirty Mo Radio will be a Monday podcast available for downloading at Earnhardt’s website. It launches Feb. 18.

The podcast will be hosted by North Carolina-based sports broadcaster Taylor Zarzour.

Kelley Earnhardt Miller, general manager of JR Motorsports, Earnhardt’s operation, described the planned podcast: “On Mondays, we do the same thing at the shop that all race fans do — talk about the weekend’s races. It’s the first day of the work week, so we dissect what was good, what was bad, and how our favorite drivers fared.”

The program be produced at Hammerhead Studios, an Earnhardt Jr-owned production company.
