Katz Media Group has promoted Joe Brewer to president of business operations and innovation. He will continue to report to CEO Mark Gray.
Brewer will focus on business operations across Katz Radio Group, Katz Television Group and Katz Digital to streamline processes and align “technology and innovation initiatives with company goals,” according to the press release. Also, he will continue to provide oversight and guidance to Katz corporate groups including finance, human resources and real estate.
Brewer most recently served as chief administrative officer. He joined Katz in May 1996 as vice president of IT services, and has since held roles such as VP of client services and SVP/chief information officer.
He also serves on the board of directors for Audiology, which promotes programmatic sales in the digital audio marketplace.
Katz Media Group is a media sales organization and is based in New York and has 14 regional offices.
