Radio Bonners Ferry, Inc., licensee of Station KBFI(AM), Bonners Ferry, Idaho was not as lucky as Kaspar Broadcasting with its $5,600 fine for failing to keep its tower within an effective locked fence or other enclosure. In 2002, a field agent notice KBFI’s tower leaning and the gate could not be closed nor locked. Bonners Ferry cited an inability to pay.
