iHeartMedia has announced iV CEO Steve Keller as winner of the iHeartMedia Scholarship for Leadership in Audio Innovation program. He will attend the Berlin School of Creative Leadership’s global executive MBA in creative leadership on a scholarship worth €53,000, covering his full-tuition.
iV is a Nashville-based business marketing firm that focuses on audio implementation of campaigns.
The competition received entries from across the world, and submissions were reviewed by members of the Berlin School Admission Committee and iHeartMedia’s Creative Advisory Council.
“iHeartMedia’s goal is to help foster the next generation of innovative creatives, and inspire them to use the power of audio to create groundbreaking advertising campaigns,” said iHeartMedia Chairman and CEO Bob Pittman.
Beginning March 2017, the part-time MBA program is designed for senior executives in the creative industry and comprises five separate two-week modules taking place in Berlin, the U.S. and Asia over 18–24 months.
“I want to honor the confidence iHeartMedia has placed in me by devoting time and energy to looking at the unique opportunities and challenges currently facing radio,” said Keller. “I’m already beginning to explore ideas for my master’s thesis, and look forward to immersing myself into the world of radio, understanding everything I can to connect the dots between its past, present and future.”
