Kia says its 2014 Forte 5-door compact hatchback will offer HD Radio technology when the car arrives at dealerships later this year.
HD Radio would be included in an optional navigation system for the Forte EX and SX; other options include a sunroof, heated steering wheel and a push-button start.
The Forte joins the Cadenza, Forte Sedan, Optima, Sorento, Soul and Sportage which already offer HD Radio.
The Forte debuted at the Chicago Auto Show last week; the automaker anticipates third quarter availability.
