Seattle Public Schools/KNHC chose a Wheatnet IP audio network for a new building.
The first phase will incorporate a E4 control surface, IP-88a Analog Blades, IP-88ad Analog/Digital Blades, IP-88d Digital Blades, AOiP Drivers for sound card replacement on iMediaTouch and various production software, XYE-R system controllers, XYE-RD dual hardware controller and Navigator system configuration software. Contract engineer Buzz Anderson helped with the installation and purchased the equipment though Broadcast Supply Worldwide (BSW). The station GM is Greg Nielson, the engineer is Matt Cohen.
Wheatstone also listed several notable sales in Canada.
They include a package to Astral Media Radio/CKQB in Ottawa through Marketing Marc Vallee, and the following packages, all through dealer Ron Paley Broadcast: Acadia Broadcasting Ltd./CHSJ & CHWV in St. John, Newfoundland; Evanov Radio Group Toronto/CIDC, CKDX & CIAO; University of Toronto/CIUT; Atlantic Broadcasters Ltd.; and Corus Entertainment Ltd./CJDV, CKBT in Kitchener / Cambridge.
