KTRY Fined $22,000

The FCC fined Jamie Patrick Broadcasting, Ltd., the licensee of KTRY(FM), Bastrop, LA., $22,000.00 for failure to respond to FCC correspondence, failure to install and operate Emergency Alert System equipment, and failure to maintain a public inspection file. The commission stated that the station did not respond to the fine, first issued in November of 2001, so now it has reaffirmed the penalty.
