KGY-FM in Washington state is now KYYO. WBUR(AM) in Massachusetts will soon become WBAS. And a new station in Georgia will be called WFAL(FM).
Those are among the call sign changes and actions taken by the FCC in the month of November. The commission seems to be issuing these reports more frequently lately, thus they’re easier to digest.
