Lawo Shows Solutions in Dubai

Will demo current offerings at CABSAT

Lawo will showcase its latest products and solutions for audio and video broadcasting at CABSAT 2014 in Dubai, March 11–13.

The company plans to highlight the new generation of its mc256 digital audio mixing console. Lawo’s compact mixer integrates the new mc2 AutoMix feature, which automatically adjusts the levels of active and inactive mics while keeping a constant ambient level. This is particularly useful for talk shows and panel discussions. AutoMix minimizes background noise and crosstalk and provides reduced coloration, and the company says it eliminates “truncated sentences and late fade-ins.”

Lawo will also bring the Sapphire, its latest console for radio broadcast. The Sapphire offers, intuitive user guidance, and it can be tailored to fit users’ needs.

On the video side of the business, Lawo will demonstrate its V_link4 for video contribution over IP, as well as the V_pro 8, a fully digital, eight-channel video processor.
