LDR Appoints Director of Sales

Adds four executives to sales team

Tracy Gilliam Tracy Gilliam, a radio industry professional with more than 23 years of broadcasting, sales and management experience, has taken on the role of director of sales for LDR, also known as Listener Driven Radio.

Together with her supporting team at Washington-based TopLine Matters Inc., Gilliam will oversee LDR’s affiliate sales and station sales support. For three years, she has managed LDR’s sales support initiatives.

Gilliam’s resume includes serving as a national sales manager at KMOX(AM) in St. Louis, market manager for Clear Channel Radio in Omaha, Neb., and general sales manager for heritage classic hits station KRTH(FM) in Los Angeles.

LDR announced the hiring of four additional team members:

Todd Frost is a specialist in medium and small affiliate sales. He will be based in LDR’s Dallas office and will report to Jami Mumley. Most recently, Frost worked as a key account coordinator for Clear Channel Media and Entertainment in Dallas, where he also served part-time as on-air talent for KEGL(FM). Previously, he worked as an on-air talent for rock stations in Albuquerque, N.M., and Colorado Springs, Colo.

Steve DiMatteo, LDR.TopicPulse manager, works with affiliates using the social media/news sentiment platform to leverage the technology for news and talk. Previously, he was a freelance writer.

Sarah Davis, project manager, handles client-facing initiatives and serves as part of the company’s quality control department. Her media and digital career includes work with advertising agencies, in both client and agency roles, as well as in the broadcasting sector. Davis has collaborated on cross-platform endeavors, including NASCAR, multi-tiered national advertising campaigns and advertising sales.

Mark Ediss, music content manager, will oversee the multiple LDR systems to keep the music libraries diverse and current. He started his radio career when he was 12-years old. Since then, his radio journey has brought him to Alexandria, La.; Charleston, S.C.; and Stockton, Calif. He has worked with both Mediabase 24/7 and Mediaguide as a contemporary hit radio/pop-rhythmic and hot adult contemporary format specialist.
