Audio measurement equipment maker Audio Precision is offering what it calls the AP Starter Library. The downloadable library is designed to teach “the basics of analog and digital audio test, and how to interpret and create audio specifications.”
A release says the library addresses “basic tools and concepts; understanding the essential measurements — THD+N, IMD, level and gain, frequency response, SNR, crosstalk, phase; FFT-based testing; jitter theory; understanding analog-digital converters; making sense of published specifications; and reading and writing proper audio specifications.”
