The hurricane delayed the news for a day; but the NAB board of directors has appointed Phil Lombardo, the CEO of Citadel Communications, as chairman of its joint board.
He fills a seat left vacant by K. James Yager of Barrington Broadcasting; the latter resigned due to a family health issue.
The board vote was unanimous, according to an NAB statement.
