Low-power FM advocates are asking the FCC to make several changes to its LPFM rules. The changes would affect conflicting applications, time and point sharing, transmitter relocation, FCC database errors, EAS requirements and more. One of the changes would allow the non-profits operating LPFMs to kick off their board anyone who’s ever run an unauthorized station.
The FCC is reviewing the requests.
