It’s a sure sign of summer – the Michigan Association of Broadcasters has scheduled its yearly meeting and management retreat in northern Michigan. The conference is July 24-26 at Boyne Highlands Resort near Harbor Springs, Mich.
Management sessions, networking, a golf outing and the Chairman’s Banquet – featuring the Lifetime Achievement Award and inductions into the Michigan Broadcasting Hall of Fame – are part of the activities.
Chris Lytle, a broadcast management trainer, will keynote. A panel discussion featuring Ed Christian of Saga Communications, Larry Patrick of Patrick Communications and Bill Stakelin of Regent Communications will focus on positioning stations for the future. Attorney David Oxenford moderates.
