MAB's GLBC to Feature Jennings as Keynoter

Jason Jennings, founder of media consulting firm Jennings-McGlothlin and Co. and author of “Think BIG-Act Small,” is scheduled to deliver the keynote address at the Michigan Association of Broadcasters’ Great Lakes Broadcasting Conference and Expo March 13-14. The event will be held at the Lansing Center in downtown Lansing. He’ll talk about “The Five Leadership Secrets of the World’s Best Performing Companies.”
GLBC expects more than 1,000 broadcasters and industry professionals from around the state.
Conference highlights include the annual Broadcast Excellence Awards Presentation, recognizing news, programming and public service efforts by Michigan radio and television stations; the MAB Foundation Career Fair; the MAB Foundation’s Michigan High Schools and College Broadcast Awards; and a luncheon speech by Ron Bachman, a broadcaster whose legs were amputated when he was four years old, and whose life was featured in a documentary, “Walk This Way.”
