Continuing to restructure, Mackie Designs upped Frank Loyko to senior VP of worldwide sales. Previously, he had been Mackie senior vice president of U.S. sales.
Paul Rice steps down as SVP of international sales and business development.
“Loyko will assume global responsibility for sales initiative across all Mackie Designs Inc. brands, while Mackie’s marketing group takes over business development initiatives,” the company said.
“I have done what I came to do,” Rice said in a statement. “When I joined Mackie in late 2001, I was asked to help establish a series of key strategic partnerships as well as expand the company’s sales presence in international markets.”
Now, Rice said, Mackie has strong relationships with DAW manufacturers and a “prosperous” affiliation with Universal Audio. He said it also has stronger sales resources including dedicated sales offices in Asia.
