Broadcast business software developer Marketron says retiring Chief Financial Officer Walt Denekas will be replaced by Matt Wellner.
Wellner, the current vice president of finance and accounting controller, has served in his position since February 2014. He previously worked as controller at Scott Sports SA and as a financial analyst for Eddie Bauer.
“Matt has been a key part of the finance team since he joined, and is eminently qualified to help us down the path that was well formed by his predecessor,” said Marketron CEO Jeff Haley.
Wellner will begin in his role as CFO on Jan. 1, 2016.
