Marti Introduces New STL/RPU Receiver Line

Marti Electronics will show a new line of receivers at NAB2003 for all the frequency bands it covers in its RPU and STL product lines, including a new receiver to complement its STL-20C transmitters for long-range studio-to-transmitter links.
Last year, Marti Electronics introduced the STL-20C composite STL transmitter at double the output power for longer links. Its new SR-20C composite STL receiver is introduced this year to pick up the transmissions from the STL-20C, which has a 20 Watt output in the 935-965 MHz band.
“We’ve improved upon the interface and the tuning is easier, but the most noticeable improvement is in the quality of the STL,” said Jim Godfrey, the president of Marti Electronics.
Together, the STL-20C transmitter and SR-20C receiver will yield an average Left and Right separation better than 60dB across the band. The total STL system cost remains around $6,000.
A new SR-20M single-channel receiver for 950MHz STLs will also be showing for the first time this NAB, as will two new frequency-synthesized RPU receivers. On display will be the new SR-40A frequency agile, synthesized RPU receiver for 140-180MHz, 200-260MHz, 280-340MHz, 450-470MHz and 890-960MHz RPU systems, replacing Marti’s SR-10 RPU receiver. Also on display will be the new SR-30 two-channel, synthesized RPU receiver replacing Marti’s CR-10 and AR-10 receivers for 140-180MHz, 200-260MHz, 280-340MHz, 450-470MHz and 890-960MHz.
