The management team of Martin Audio has purchased the company from the TC Group. ISIS Equity Partners plc and The Royal Bank of Scotland supported the management buyout. David Bissett-Powell, managing director of Martin Audio said the company will continue to work closely with Lab Gruppen and other TC Group companies and expect cooperation with TC Applied Technologies regarding digital power, processing and networking.
