Martin Audio Buys Independence From TC Group

Managers of Martin Audio have purchased the company from the TC Group.
The management buyout earlier this month was supported by ISIS Equity Partners and The Royal Bank of Scotland. David Bissett-Powell, managing director of Martin Audio, said the company will continue to work with Lab Gruppen and other TC Group companies.
The TC Group now consists of Tannoy, Lab Gruppen, Goodmans Loudspeakers, TC Electronic, TC Applied Technologies and TC Helicon.
