Martin Promotes Two Legal Aides

FCC Chairman Kevin Martin has made two staff changes.
Heather Dixon is now his legal advisor for media issues. Dixon was an attorney advisor in the Media Bureau. Before joining the commission, she was an attorney for Wiley, Rein and Fielding, where she focused on broadcast, cable, and satellite issues.
Catherine Bohigian is now acting Chief of the Office of Strategic Planning and Policy Analysis. She was the chairman’s senior legal advisor, advising Martin on media issues since 2001 before he was named chairman.
