Martin Re-Nomination Hearing Set For Next Week

The Senate Commerce Committee plans to hold a hearing next Tuesday, Sept. 12, on the re-nomination of FCC Chairman Kevin Martin and the nomination of John Kneuer for administrator of the National Telecommunications and Information Administration, which regulates government spectrum.
If approved later by the committee, both nominations would go to the full Senate for its vote.
