Martin Testifying on Disaster Communications

FCC Chairman Kevin Martin is set to testify this week before the Senate Commerce Committee. The subject is disaster communications. The second panel, delayed until Sept. 29, will include telecommunications executives from BellSouth, Cingular Wireless, Vonage, and AT&T.
