Maverick Media purchased a Harris PR&E Oasis-12A console for news/talk KSRO(AM), “The News and Talk of Sonoma County,” in Santa Rosa, Calif.
The Oasis replaced a long-serving Autogram model. “It was time to replace our 30-year-old console,” Chief Engineer Mick Rush told dealer SCMS. He said the supplier took some used gear in trade to help offset the costs.
Rush oversaw the purchase and installation for Maverick and was assisted by Randy Wells.
