MeasureCast Signs GlobalMedia

MeasureCast, Inc. an Internet radio ratings service, has signed an agreement with
MeasureCast will supply next-day streaming audience measurement data for many of GlobalMedia’s Internet Radio stations. Launched last month, the “MeasureCast Streaming Audience Measurement Service” reports on more than 25% of 4,000 known Internet radio broadcasters, according to the company.
Randy Hill, MeasureCast, Inc. founder and CEO, said his company’s 24-hour audience size and demographic metrics delivery is important to the streaming media industry.
“Our customers are telling us that to be successful Internet broadcasters, they can no longer afford to wait months for their audience reports. That data is essential to making educated advertising purchases in streaming audio and video Webcasts.”
