The United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit will hear challenges to the FCC’s new media ownership rules on Jan. 12, 2004. Opening briefs for those who thought the changes were too drastic are due Oct. 21 and on Nov. 4 for those who think the commission’s new rules don’t go far enough to deregulate the industry.
