Station broker Media Services Group has announced several recent sales that it has facilitated. All sales are pending FCC approval.
KXCL(FM) in Rock Creek Park, Colo., the Colorado Springs area, was purchased by Calvary Chapel Aurora. The seller was United States CP LLC. The announced price was $400,000.
In Warner Robins, Ga., WRWR(AM/FM) have been separated from their WRWR(TV) sibling with a sale to Christopher Murray. The seller was Golden Eagle Media. The price was a combined $600,000.
The Guadalupe Radio Network has acquired Munbilla Broadcasting’s KYRT(FM), serving the Kerrville, Texas area. The buying group is headed by Len Oswald, who has other properties in the area. The purchase price is $185,000.
