Central Educational Radio has agreed to purchase the assets of translator K252EE, licensed to Poplar Bluff, Mo., from Community Broadcasting Inc.
Bill Lytle and Stephan Sloan of Media Services Group represented the seller in this transaction.
Midwest Communications Inc., has agreed to purchase the Construction Permit BNP-20100517ADS for a new AM station authorized to operate on 1230 kHz, licensed to Terre Haute, Ind., from Bott Broadcasting Co.
Lytle and Sloan also represented the seller in this transaction.
Eastern Airwaves LLC, an affiliate of Curtis Media, has closed on the purchase of the construction permit for FM translator W252CZ Wake Forest, N.C., from W & C Broadcasting Inc. The purchase price was $100,000.
The company also purchased a construction permit for FM translator station W235CG Ogden (Wilmington), N.C., from Starboard Media Foundation Inc., a Wisconsin nonprofit. The purchase price was $10,000.
Bob Heymann of the Chicago office of Media Services Group served as the exclusive broker representing the buyer in these transactions.
