Meet Radio's New Top Salesman

Get used to the name Jeff Haley.
The senior vice president of global marketing for Time Warner has been selected as president and CEO of the Radio Advertising Bureau.
He succeeds Gary Fries in a planned transition following Fries’ announcement that he would step down this year, and assumes the post Sept. 18. Fries will remain a consultant to the RAB through the transition period.
Most recently at Time Warner, Haley managed a team of sales, account and creative services staff and was responsible for creating and marketing advertising based programs, RAB said. He was initially recruited to Time Inc. to be part of the launch team for its Entertainment Weekly, and also has served as sales development manager and Midwest marketing manager for the company.
Haley holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the College of the Holy Cross, and resides with his family in Southport, Conn.
