Minority Group Withdraws Auction Motion

One possible obstacle to the upcoming FM auction apparently is gone.
The FCC said it heard back from the Minority Media and Telecommunications Council, and that the minority advocacy group has withdrawn its requests for a review and stay of Auction 37.
CPs for 288 vacant FM commercial channels go on the FCC auction block Nov. 3. Some 460 bidders have been identified by the commission.
