The Federal Communications Commission has identified 77 applicants that are qualified to bid in the upcoming auction of FM construction permits.
The commission will hold a mock auction on Aug. 28. Bidding in the real sale, Auction 79, is slated to begin on Sept. 1.
The bidders (read the list in PDF form here) will be vying for 120 CPs. The agency deemed 44 applicants non-eligible for this auction.
