More FM Translator Apps Dismissed

Media Bureau says they don’t meet filing criteria

The Media Bureau dismissed 40 more FM translator applications pending from Auction 83.

The commission is sorting through thousands of FM translator applications to make sure they meet the national and local caps imposed last December.

The agency recently dismissed 3,000 FM translator applications either requested by applicants or ones that failed to submit their selection lists.

Now, the Media Bureau has dismissed additional applications that it says don’t meet the filing requirements. Eighteen were submitted by Robert Connelly Jr.
