More LPFM Applications Accepted for Filing

The FCC has released a list of pending closed group LPFM mutually exclusive applications that have been accepted for filing. These applications are from Window IV. Petitions to Deny must be filed within 30 days. Listed are the tentative selectees for a frequency, or those applications tied for the highest point total in each group. In cases of ties for the highest point totals in a group, those applicants have 30 days to update their paperwork to incorporate voluntary time-share proposals. To see the list, go to: www.fcc.gov.
