Consultant Jack Mullaney said he’s offering a package to appeal to those planning to file for one of the 172 FM allotments offered in the next FM auction.
“The package includes allowable area maps for each channel, and if it is able to be immediately upgraded, a separate map for that upgrade is also included,” Mullaney’s promotional material states. A population analysis uses the FCC and Longley-Rice methods.
The package costs $1,500 and is sent via e-mail.
