Muni Will Be Featured at Radio Festival in NYC

The 2002 Radio Festival of the Museum of Television & Radio starts Sept. 26 with a reception and a 90-minute seminar with Scott Muni. He will talk about his four decades in rock and top-40 radio and his relationships with the Beatles and the Who.
Other highlights of the festival include a look at how 9/11 affected American news and talk radio; a live radio theater performance; a premiere screening of the documentary “Rock Jocks: The FM Revolution,” with discussion by Pete Fornatale and Richard Neer; and numerous live shows from the museum by various broadcasters.
Radio World is a media partner of the festival. For information visit www.mtr.org.
