The 62nd NAB Broadcast Engineering Conference is calling for technical paper proposals.
The conference is to be held next April in Las Vegas.
Topics to be considered include radio engineering; digital radio developments around the world; HD Radio implementation; audio and RF test measurement techniques; and automation systems.
Other topics on interest: IP audio; remote control systems centralcasting; new receiver technologies; data broadcasting technologies and applications; security and emergency preparedness; new transmitter technologies; surround sound; audio processing for production and broadcast; and optimizing RF coverage.
The deadline for submitting proposals is Oct. 5. NAB will notify presenters if a proposal has been accepted by Nov. 9. After acceptance, presenters have until Jan. 18 to submit the completed paper, which will be published in the NAB Broadcast Engineering Conference Proceedings.
