NAB Gears Up For New EEO Rules

The FCC’s new broadcast EEO rules kick in soon and NAB is focused on those. The board directed NAB staff to educate members about compliance. Board members released a statement that read, “Broadcasters are proud of their voluntary efforts to attract applicants from all segments of society and to achieve a truly diverse workforce.”
