NAB members can now register for the next installment in the organization’s “Virtual Academy for Radio: Big Ideas for Small Markets” webinar series.
NAB’s Executive Vice President of Radio John David will moderate a panel discussion about “Ten Ways to Master Managing Multiple Stations.” The live webcast will be held Feb. 12 from 2–3 p.m. EST and will feature panelists Pete Booker, president and CEO of the Delmarva Broadcasting Company; Mike Hulvay, chief operating officer, Neuhoff Communications; and Dale Miller, president and CEO of the West Virginia Radio Corporation.
“Owners and managers of small-market radio clusters cannot afford to miss the insights offered by the executives on this panel,” said David. “Their management strategies will help groups operate more efficiently and effectively.”
Targeting small-market managers, the panelists will share techniques covering organizational effectiveness, compensation structures, programming staffing principles, general communication strategies and cost-cutting measures. They will also address viewer questions during the webinar.
Members can also offer their own cluster management tips when they register. Those will be shared during the session.
