NAB Opposes FAA Tower Proposal

NAB has told the FAA its proposal to broaden notification requirements is a burden on broadcasters’ finances and resources and the change would not result in any public interest benefits.
Comments to FAA Notice 06-06 (Docket FAA-20006 25002) are due Sept. 11.
