Three more senators and four more representatives are supporting NAB’s position on a performance royalty, the association said.
It listed Reps. Bobby Rush, John Adler, Dana Rohrabacher and Steve Scalise, along with Sens. Susan Collins, Thad Cochran and Johnny Isakson as the latest to support the “Local Radio Freedom Act.”
According to the NAB’s count, it has 244 House and 23 Senate votes on its side. The association has called on its members to lobby lawmakers during the August recess as well.
