NAB Radio Board Fills Vacancies

Four broadcasters have been appointed to fill vacancies on the NAB Radio Board of Directors.
The new appointees are:
Jerry Hanszen, owner/GM, KGAS-AM/FM, Carthage, Texas for District 19 (Oklahoma and northern Texas)
Val Maki-Candido, VP/GM, KPWR/KLAC/KZLA, Los Angeles for District 24 (southern California, Guam, Hawaii)
Stephen Levet, general sales manager, WCKW-AM/FM, Metairie, La. for District 8 (Louisiana and Mississippi)
Alfred Liggins, president/CEO or Radio One, Inc., has been named to fill one of the designated board seats representing major markets.
