NAB Radio Show Will Live On

The fall NAB Radio Show will continue in the future, beyond 2005.
Meeting in Washington, NAB’s radio board of directors, acting on a motion from Russ Withers, voted unanimously to continue operating a separate annual Radio Show after the 2005 event in Philadelphia.
The board, however, wants to continue exploring partnership opportunities with other shows, as it had said it would last winter.
Jeff Smulyan and Mary Quass will co-chair a committee to discuss initiatives related to the future of the Radio Show.
