At the NAB Show, AVT Technologies will introduce the Magic THipPro ACconnect solution, which allows users to control the Magic ACip3 and the Magic THipPro talk show system via one management system.
According to the firm, the Magic ACip3 audio codec is displayed as an additional “caller line” in the Magic THipPro Windows PC user interface. This allows incoming calls to the audio codec to be accepted and outgoing connections to be established via the hybrid’s control software.
The Magic THipPro ACconnect functionality can be activated with a fee-based software upgrade, which is available for the Magic THipPro telephone hybrid. The Magic ACip3 audio codec, which can be integrated in all Magic THipPro systems, provides three LAN interfaces with streaming. Algorithms available include G.722, ISO/MPEG Layer II and PCM 16-/20-/24-bit, while aptX, AAC-LD, AAC-LC and HE-AAC v2 are available as an option.
The company will also show the Magic TH6 VoIP HD talk show system for the management of up to six callers via its LAN interface. Courtesy of the integrated HD Voice feature, calls can be accepted or established in 7 kHz quality.
