Nassau Buys Three From Vox Radio in New Hampshire

Nassau Holdings picks up three FM stations in the Concord, N.H., area from Vox Radio Group. The price tag was $9 million.
The stations are country WOTX, CHR station WJYY and classic rock WNHI. Nassau, under President Louis Mercatanti Jr., has deals in that would give it 20 stations in the Northeast. Brokers were Richard A. Foreman Associates for Vox and Glenn Serafin advising Nassau.
