Nautel Users’ Group to Meet April 17

Nautel will host its annual Nautel Users’ Group event on Sunday, April 17, at the Riviera Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas.
The company described NUG @ NAB2005 as a combination of theory and practical application in an informal setting intended to encourage discussion. Topics covered during the half-day session will include Nautel’s new HD Radio transmission equipment, including a demo of its FM HD Radio adaptive pre-correction technology. KUVO Chief Engineer Mike Pappas will discuss his digital conversion; and a roundtable discussion of transmitter issues will round out the meeting, to be held from 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the Riviera.
