Radio programming syndicator Dial Global and NBC News are working together to create a 24-hour radio news network, NBC News Radio.
The content will be provided by NBC’s network news operation along with MSNBC.
Expected to be involved will be well-known faces from NBC such as Chief White House Correspondent Chuck Todd, Chief Pentagon Correspondent Jim Miklaszewski, Chief Foreign Affairs Correspondent Andrea Mitchell, Chief Justice Department Correspondent Pete Williams and Senior Investigative Correspondent Lisa Myers.
Also making appearances will be “NBC Nightly News” anchor Brian Williams and David Gregory, host of “Meet the Press.” NBC News Radio is expected to start on April 1.
In other Dial Global news, as of April 1 it will no longer be distributing CNNRadio.
