Albert Rodriguez has been named the new chief operating officer of the Spanish Broadcasting System. The SBS vet has 13 years experience with the company.
Rodriguez previously was chief revenue officer and general manager of the company’s Miami television market.
According to the release making the announcement, Rodriguez will be responsible for the “day-to-day operations of the company and will continue to oversee the revenue and profit performance of the company’s consolidated operations, including radio, television, interactive and entertainment divisions.”
SBS owns or operates 21 radio stations in major markets along with being involved in TV, online media, live concerts and events.
