Rosemary Harold joins the staff of Federal Communications Commissioner Robert McDowell as legal advisor for media issues.
She replaces Cristina Chou Pauzé, who held the job since 2006.
Harold was most recently deputy chief of the Media Bureau. She came to the commission in 2005 from Wiley Rein and Fielding and was a journalist before she became an attorney.
